Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Options & Costs
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days, £3.99 (free on orders over £40).
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days, £6.99.

Delays

Missing or Damaged Orders
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Admin@leobrand.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
