Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Options & Costs

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days, £3.99 (free on orders over £40).
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days, £6.99.

Delays

  • While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to events beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, extreme weather, strikes).

Missing or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
